1. No Cancellation / No Refund Policy
At TSN Kids World, all bookings made through our website or WhatsApp bot are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, no cancellation or refund will be processed.
We encourage all visitors to carefully verify their booking date, time slot, and visitor count before completing payment.
2. Free Date Change
We understand that plans can change. Instead of cancellation, we offer a free date change facility:
- You may change your booking to any available future date within 30 days of your original booking date
- Date changes are completely free — no fees, no penalties
- The new date is subject to slot availability
- Your existing QR code and ticket remain valid for the new date
- Updated booking confirmation is sent via WhatsApp automatically
How to Change Your Date
- Online: Visit the "My Bookings" page on our website, look up your booking by reference or phone number, and click "📅 Change Date"
- Phone: Call +91 86609 54352 during business hours
3. Platform Fee
- A 1% platform fee is applied to all online and WhatsApp bookings to cover payment gateway and processing charges.
- The platform fee is clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
- Counter (walk-in) bookings are not subject to a platform fee.
- The platform fee is non-refundable.
4. Ticket Upgrades
- If a visitor's age category is found to be different at the gate, the ticket may be upgraded at the counter.
- The price difference between the original and upgraded category must be paid at the counter.
- Upgrade payments are non-refundable.
5. Park Closure / Force Majeure
If the Park is closed due to weather, maintenance, or force majeure events on your booked date:
- You will be offered a full refund or free rescheduling to any available date
- We will notify you via WhatsApp/email as soon as a closure is announced
- Refunds for Park closures will be processed within 7–10 business days
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Platform fees and payment gateway charges
- Discounted or promotional tickets
- Add-on services (locker rental, meal packages) once consumed
- School/group bookings have separate terms as agreed during booking
7. Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding charges or booking issues, please contact us within 30 days. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
